Yesterday was an incredible experience as Founder Jeffrey Zlotnik led a guided meditation which was translated into 5 different languages simultaneously during the meditation. The silence after the translations was so beautiful. The meditation was with Surivors of Torture, International, an organization which creates a safe haven for torture survivors, helping them to rebuild their lives, and building a welcoming community for all survivors. These men and women have experienced pain and suffering beyond what most of us can even imagine.
