On behalf of The Meditation Initiative, Founder Jeffrey Zlotnik led a weekly meditation at the prison in Chula Vista. A man shared today that he had a visit with his 9 year old daughter a few days ago. He said his daughter was also learning meditation in school (maybe from me?). They were able to meditate with each other and when he is soon released, they will be able to continue their meditation practice together.
